(2) Shuttle: Shuttle is the core component of the system, which can move automatically in the channel of the shelves to access the goods.

(3) Shelving system: Usually use high-level shelves, can be pallet shelves or box shelves, between the shelves to leave a special channel for the shuttle to move.

(4) Conveyor system: In conjunction with the shuttle, the goods are conveyed to and from the storage location.

Cooperation projects

 

This project is an innovative freestanding rack shuttle transportation system customized by our department in September 2019 for a company under Sinopharm Holdings. They mainly utilized beam racking for the overall planning and layout of the warehouse, which effectively optimized the warehouse space utilization and the efficiency of goods in and out.
